Distance and time in all cases will be calculated from and to our Gaurage.
Maximum permissabel extra Hrs/Kms in 3 Hrs of 40 Kms packages is 2 Hrs. or 20 Kms. Thereafter the 8 Hrs. & 80 Kms.package Will be levied.
For Local and Outstation Use day means period from 0500 hrs to 2400 hrs hourly charges payable for detention after 2400 hrs. (12.00 midnight ) and call before 0500 hrs. (0.5.00am )
In case the Hours and kilometers are more than local package,than Extra km and Extra hours both are applicable
Parking Charges & Tol Tax as actual and Permit/Border Tax,etc for trips outside Gujarat State Will have to be paid by the client.
